THE INFALLIBLES’ SERVANT Term & Conditions

APPLICATION

  1. Applicants must be at least 7 years old to participate in the show. Applicants under 18 years must have parental consent. 
  2. To enter the show, the applicants must go online to: http://safeertvtest.com/submit and register their details and fill in the required form fields.
  3. Applications are accepted through our online form in English only.
  4. Applications submitted must not contain inaccurate, suspected, false, misleading information or materials that infringes the intellectual property rights of any third party. Otherwise, the applications and proposals will be rejected by us without prior notice and all liabilities remain with the applicant.
  5. Every effort will be made to keep applicant’s ideas or projects within The Infallible’s Servant team, however, applications submitted, including any supporting documentation and materials, provided to us in connection with applicant’s idea/project, will not be considered confidential information.
  6. The Infallible’s Servant Team reserves the right to disqualify any application at their sole discretion.
  7. Applicants may not appeal any decision made by The Infallible Servant Team, and we shall not be liable for any losses, actions, costs, claims, demands, fines, damages and liabilities, of whatever nature, incurred or suffered by them.
  8. Selected candidates may receive a notification to arrange for a video call following the selection process.
  9. If candidate(s) wish to withdraw their submitted application(s) at any time during the application process, they must contact The Infallible Servant Team by the query form on the Infallible’s Servant webpage.

SHOW PRODUCTION

  1. Presentations can be done in English. 
  2. Candidates must prepare and send a powerpoint presentation one week before the show.
  3. Candidates must be present in person during the show and are required to make their own arrangements for transport and accommodation.
  4. Candidates need to arrive at least two hours before the recording starts. If a Candidate arrives late to the show, they may not be allowed to participate entirely.
  5. The venue is located on the first floor and is accessible only via stairs. So, it may not be suitable for less mobile people.
  6. Candidates agree to adhere to Safeer TV / Karbala TV dress codes, as mentioned in the “Consent /Release Form”.
  7. Candidates agree to:
    • be recorded (photography & videography including voice recording) and to be streamed on Safeer TV / Karbala TV channels, website and all social media platforms.
    • Any recordings may be used for marketing and publishing purposes on all social media platforms.
  8.  All candidates must sign a release/consent form. If under 18 years old, parent’s / guardians are to sign on their behalf.
  9. The content is solely the property of Safeer TV / Karbala TV and candidates have no right to use or publish any of the content without prior written permission from Safeer TV / Karbala TV.
  10. Comments, views and decisions of “The Infallible’s Servant” show trustees do not represent the views, comments and decisions of Safeer TV / Karbala TV. Trustees need to wear formal attire.
  11. In the case of a Group Project/Idea, a maximum of TWO candidates can present the project/idea during the filming.
  12. If a candidate is under 18 Years old, they must be accompanied by an adult.
  13. Single and group candidates can be accompanied by no more than one person on arrival at the show.
  14. We have the right to cancel, postpone or move the show to another venue or date and time, and to change any other aspect of the show at our discretion for any reason whatsoever.

PRIZE

  1. Only one project/idea can win the prize which will be announced (a)during the show’s final stage (b) at a later day at our discretion.
  2. The prize will be paid out in two instalments to the main applicant.
  3. If the candidate is under 18 years of age, the prize will be transferred to parents/guardians.
  4. The winner(s) acknowledge that at least 50% of the prize will be devoted to the initial project/idea.
  5. The winner(s) acknowledge that the second payment is to be paid out only when the first payment has been used to fund the project. Proof of expenditure may be required.

The above T&C is subject to change at any time without prior agreement. However, a notification of T&C changes will be sent out by email.

CANDIDATES TERMS AND CONDITIONS
